Once your order has been shipped we will email you the tracking reference number which you can use to track your order.
Can I return my order?
We really hope you love your products, but if for some reason you aren’t happy please send us an email (at firstname.lastname@example.org) within 7 days and we will work to resolve your query.
We’ll need the manufacturing date and batch number of the product you’re referring to in order to investigate the issue you’re reporting. Please ensure you take a photo of this information to provide to us when you get in touch.
